She Told Them They Were Loved
It all begins with an idea.
Five-Star Amazon Review:
She Told Them They Were Loved is a deeply moving book, especially with its focus on offering comfort and healing in times of grief. The title alone shows a nurturing and compassionate approach to dealing with loss.
The verses have a very unique way of conveying emotions that speak powerfully and directly to the heart. 10/10 recommend for everyone!
When words fail, poetry speaks: A heart-wrenching journey through loss and the power of love
She Told Them They Were Loved transforms the raw anguish of grief into a tapestry of hope that will touch your very soul.
At 38, Sam's world shattered when she lost her husband. "It was death without dying," she says. "I lost my identity. His passing rewrote my DNA."
From this crucible of pain, a profound question emerged: "What matters?"
The answer became her life's anthem: To tell others they are loved.
This isn't just a book of poems. It's a lifeline for those drowning in sorrow, a beacon for those stumbling in the dark, and a guide for those who want to help but don't know how.
Inside these pages, you'll find:
Verses that give voice to the unspeakable pain of losing a spouse, child, or parent
Words that bridge the chasm between grief and hope
A Christian perspective on loss that doesn't shy away from doubt and anger
Insights for friends and family on how to support those in mourning
Whether you're grappling with your own loss or seeking to comfort others, She Told Them They Were Loved offers a hand to hold in the darkest of times. It reminds us that even in our deepest pain, we are seen, we are understood, and above all, we are loved.

Amazon Review For Women’s Edition :
I was intrigued by this book as soon as I saw it. A devotional specificially for women who love adventure?! Perfect! This book didn’t disappoint either. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The devotions are the perfect length, it’s thoughtful and unique, and it has a place to record your thoughts at the end.
Each devotional is short and simple. It’s doesn’t take long to read through the section, yet it is packs incredible wisdom in that small space. It’s really easy to commit to reading this everyday since it only takes up a few minutes.
This is completely different than any other devotional I have. Relating scripture to my sense of adventure and different experiences I have had makes it so easy to relate to. The fist devotional compares our exposure to sinful media, stories, and thoughts, with getting sand in your equipment when camping or hiking. Odd? Yes, but guess what, it works perfectly! The way this is written, it makes perfect sense.
I love having a place at the end of each devotional with questions and a place to record my thoughts. I don’t have to find a notebook or just answer the questions in my head. I can write them out to reference later, or to make better sense of my thoughts.
